At The Smutty Cookbook, we want your order to arrive safely, correctly, and ready to season something sinful.
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened seasoning jars. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Food Product Return Policy
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Unopened items may be eligible for review, but approval is not guaranteed.
- Opened seasoning jars
- Used food products
- Products with broken seals
- Items that have been handled, altered, or removed from original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Sale Items
Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
